Website questions

Do I need a new website, or can my current one be fixed?

Often it can be fixed. We look first and tell you honestly. If a Health Fix will do the job, we will not sell you a rebuild.

What do you need from me?

A login to your website (or an invite as an editor), and for a rebuild, a ten-minute questionnaire and your photos. Everything else we handle by email.

Will my website go offline while you work?

No. Fixes are tested before they go live, and a rebuild is built on a private preview link you approve before we switch it over.

Can I still edit it myself afterwards?

Yes. On your existing platform nothing changes about how you edit. For a rebuild, we agree with you up front whether you want to edit it yourself or have us make changes by email.
