How we work

No calls. No contracts. Everything in writing.

We built NearbyBoost for busy owners who would rather read an email at 9pm than take a sales call at 11am. Here is exactly what happens, start to finish.

  1. 1

    You request a free check

One short form: your business name, town and email. That is it.

    You:
    Two minutes
    Us:
We research your profile, Maps rankings and AI answers
  2. 2

    You get your report

A plain-English email with your score, how you compare with the top 3 near you, what AI assistants say, and your top 5 fixes.

    You:
    Read it
    Us:
    Within 1 working day
  3. 3

    You reply “go”

We send a short written plan and the price. If you agree, we ask for Manager access to your Google profile and a ten-minute questionnaire.

    You:
Add us as Manager, answer questions
    Us:
    Written plan, by email
  4. 4

    We do the work

We fix your profile, listings and website facts, or build your automation. Anything that speaks in your name is sent to you for approval first.

    You:
Approve drafts, forward any verification codes
    Us:
Updates by email as we go
  5. 5

    Report, then invoice

You get a before and after report listing every change. Then an invoice, with 7 days to pay by bank transfer.

    You:
    Pay within 7 days
    Us:
    Re-check 30 days later

Our rules

Email only

Everything in writing. You reply when it suits you. We do not take or make calls, so nobody will ring you to upsell.

Your accounts, your data

You add us as a Manager on your Google profile instead of sharing a password, and you can remove us with one click. You own everything we create.

Approval before anything public

Posts, review replies and automated messages are approved by you before they go live, until you tell us otherwise.

Honest reporting

If something did not work, the report says so, with the reason. No vanity numbers.

How to add us as a Manager on Google

Only when you have said “go”. It takes about a minute.

  1. Search Google for your business name while signed in to the Google account that owns your profile.
  2. In your Business Profile panel, open the menu (three dots) and choose Business Profile settings, then People and access.
  3. Choose Add, enter [email protected], set the role to Manager and send the invite.
  4. Reply to our email to say it is done. You can remove us the same way at any time.
