Why email only?
Because everything ends up in writing. You reply when it suits you, nothing gets lost in a phone call, and you always have a record of what we agreed. We do not do sales calls at all.
When do I pay?
After the work is done. We email an invoice when the job is delivered and you have 7 days to pay by bank transfer. For automations, we invoice once it is live and you have seen it working. Care is invoiced at the end of each month.
What access do you need?
For Google, you add [email protected] as a Manager on your Business Profile. That lets us edit without your password, and you can remove us with one click. We only ask for website access if you want us to install things, and we never need your passwords.
Can you guarantee I will rank first or be recommended by ChatGPT?
No, and nobody honest can. Google and the AI assistants decide for themselves. What we can do is fix every signal they rely on, measure where you stand before and after, and tell you plainly what changed.
What is AEO or GEO?
Answer Engine Optimisation and Generative Engine Optimisation. They are names for making sure AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews have accurate information about you and a reason to mention you. For local businesses it mostly comes down to your listings, reviews and clear facts on your website.
Do you use AI to do the work?
Yes, openly. We use Claude, made by Anthropic, to research, draft and run the automations we build. Nothing changes on your profile until you have approved the plan by email, and every change is listed in your report.
Who will my automation send emails as?
Normally your own email address or Google account, so customers see your business, not ours. Where that is not possible we agree the best option with you first.
What does an automation cost to run?
The AI usage for a small business is usually pennies a month. It is covered by Care, which also includes hosting, monitoring and fixes, for £39 a month. If you would rather run it in your own accounts, we hand over the setup for free.
I am not technical at all. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Most of our clients are not. We explain everything in plain English, tell you exactly what we need (usually one invite or one login), and do the technical work ourselves. You just approve things by email.
Which businesses do you work with?
UK local businesses that customers find by searching: trades, salons, cafes, bakeries, clinics, shops and similar. If most of your customers come from a few miles around you, we can help.
How long does Get Found take?
Usually around 10 working days once we have access, depending on how quickly Google and the directories process changes. Some listings need postcard or phone verification, which we guide you through by email.
Can I cancel Care?
Yes. Email us and it stops at the end of that month. No minimum term and no exit fee.
Where are you based?
We are a small UK team working remotely and by email. We run our own family bakery in East London, which is where we built and tested everything we sell.
